
Pricing
Garden Wedding and Reception (Maximum of 100 guests):
$1,800.00 for 6 hours* – This fee includes use of the gardens, gazebo and pergola/caterer’s area; 60 inch round tables with linen tablecloths, and folding chairs; the “Bride’s Suite”; access to the primary interior of the home on the day of the wedding for photos and access to the venue the day before the ceremony for rehearsal. All equipment setup and take down is done by our staff members.
Garden Wedding Ceremony Only with off-site Reception (Maximum of 125 guests):
$750.00 for 3 hours* - This fee includes use of the gardens and gazebo; folding chairs; the “Bride’s Suite”; access to the primary interior of the home on the day of the event for photos and access to the venue the day before the ceremony for rehearsal. All equipment setup and take down is done by our staff members.
Garden Parties, Bridal/Baby Showers, Celebrations of Life, etc. (Maximum of 75 guests):
$125.00 per hour with a minimum of 3 hours – This fee includes use of the gardens, gazebo and pergola/caterer’s area; 60 inch round tables with linen tablecloths, and folding chairs. All equipment setup and take down is done by our staff members.
Parlor and Dining Room (Maximum of 15 guests):
Space inside the home is available for small group gatherings. Please call for details and pricing for use of the parlor and dining room.
Photo Sessions:
The property offers a variety of beautiful and unique backdrops for wedding and family photos. Please call for pricing if you would like to book the venue for a photo session.
